ORDERING & SHIPPING
ORDER PROCESSING
Within 24hrs of your order placement with STRYKE FIT, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This confirmation will authorise that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check that you have completed the payment process.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, with the exception of a new Range Release or Sale period, which may extend dispatch delays up to 5 days.
Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email immediately, quoting your name and order confirmation number. We will do our best to try to amend your order, but please be advised that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments. You will be contacted if your order has already been dispatched and the parcel is returned to our warehouse. Orders being re-shipping will require an additional shipping fee.
STRYKE FIT accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered and will not replace orders lost or damaged due to the parcel being sent to an address the customer provided incorrectly.
PAYMENT TERMS
You are shopping on an Australian site; all prices stated below are in
Australian dollars (AUD$) — all STYKE.FIT orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING CHARGES
FREE shipping for orders over $75 AUD + $10 shipping charge for orders under $75 AUD.
To qualify for free shipping, the order price must be $75 AUD AFTER discounts have been applied.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
$30 AUD Flat rate
Payment types accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Transactions will be billed in Australian dollars. You must submit your credit card details when placing an order on the website.
Suppose your financial institution declines your nominated credit card. In that case, we will not be able to send out your order and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.
We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the order and will contact you to inform you that your order will not be dispatched.
If the item/s are delayed, somebody will contact you via email to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and the expected delivery time. You can either cancel the order or wait until the back ordered item/s are in stock. Payment is only taken when the goods are ready to be dispatched.
DELIVERY – WITHIN AUSTRALIA
AUSTRALIA STANDARD: 2 – 10 business days (Mon-Fri)
As soon as your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking order so that you can continue to track your parcel’s status.
Please be aware that STYKE FIT is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during shipment or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
Please be advised that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.
During the holiday season, please keep in mind that shipping and processing delays may be experienced. This is due to the increased volume of parcels, potential courier delays, and public holiday closures.
DELIVERY – INTERNATIONAL
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: 10 – 20 business days (Mon-Fri)
$30 flat rate to all other destinations, including New Zealand; this covers transport costs only.
STRYKE FIT provides shipping to most countries using AUST POST. This includes both trackable and non-trackable shipping services, depending on your location.
Depending on location, customers should expect orders to arrive between 10 and 20 business days. Parcels are occasionally stopped in customs, which can create delays. We do not take responsibility for customs delays.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. Payments of these taxes/duties are necessary to release your order from customs. Please note we do not provide a refund on any goods returned to STRYKE.FIT due to unpaid duties and taxes on the destination country. It is up to the customer to be aware of any taxes or duties they may be liable for upon order delivery. STRYKE FIT is unable to advise on or have any control over customs charges.
