HOW TO MEASURE
OVERBUST - Place the tape measure over the centre of your bust and wrap it around your body. The tape measure must be kept horizontal.
UNDER- BUST - Place the tape measure under your bust (where your bra usually sits) and wrap it around your body. The tape measure must be kept horizontal.
WAIST - Place the tape measure around your waistline to be at the narrowest area of your waist above your navel. Relax your stomach when taking this measurement.
HIPS - To obtain the most accurate hip measurement, stand with your feet together and measure around the widest point of your hips. Generally, this is about 3-5cm lower than the hip bones.
TIPS FOR MEASURING
- Body measurements are more accurate when taken by somebody else. If possible, ask a friend to take your measurements.
- Stand tall and look straight ahead with your feet placed shoulder-width apart.
- Always breathe normally and try to relax your muscles.
- Ensure to keep the tape measure horizontal when measuring, keeping it flat and firm without pulling it tight.
ORDER PROCESSING
After placing an order with STRYKE FIT, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours via email. The orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, with possible delays during Range Release or Sale periods. It is important to enter the correct delivery address, but if an error occurs, please contact us immediately to make corrections. We are unable to redirect or cancel shipments once they have been booked and packed.

SHIPPING
STRYKE FIT is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during shipment or for locating lost or stolen packages after delivery. Free shipping is available for orders over $60 AUD, while orders under $60 AUD incur a $10 shipping charge within Australia. International shipping is available for a flat rate of $30 AUD to most destinations, including New Zealand. Delays may occur during the holiday season due to increased parcel volume, courier delays, and public holiday closures. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
STRYKE FIT offers a returns policy for customers not completely satisfied with their purchase. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the order and meet specific conditions. These conditions include keeping the original tags attached, returning the item in its original packaging, and ensuring it is unworn and unwashed.
Sale or discounted items are generally final and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers should contact the Customer Care Team and provide details such as the invoice or order number, customer name, payment details, and reason for return. Once the return request is confirmed, customers must ensure all tags are attached, and the items are placed in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage costs, and the original shipping expenses will not be refunded.
Faulty or incorrect items should be reported to the Customer Care team, and a pre-paid bag may be provided for returning the product.
Upon receiving the returned item, STRYKE FIT will assess its condition and process the refund or exchange accordingly. The timeframe for receiving a refund may take 5-10 business days after the refund is processed.
